As commercial manager, you are the main point of contact for the customers in your portfolio. You make an essential contribution to the service experience of our organisation and the commercial development of (key) accounts. The team in which you will work consists of professional, commercial colleagues. This team is supported by the Sales Support department in, among other things, calculations, quotations and contract management.
In this position, you liaise with your own clients and represent the client's interests as a relationship manager within the organisation. You translate these interests into concrete actions. You also generate new business and increase customer satisfaction through business reviews. You initiate improvement proposals and are responsible for the optimisation of your customers' logistics processes.
