For our commercial department, we are looking for an ambitious Sales Support Officer who is administratively strong, proactive and thorough. In this role, you will be an important link for operations within our organisation. You will work in a small and driven team as part of a larger commercial department. Active in different segments and regions, collectively serving all customers commercially.
Before you get there, you will start with an extensive induction programme in our own Academy, where you will learn all about the challenging world of (intermodal) bulk transport.
As a Sales Support Officer, you will be responsible for the pre-calculation of quotations and ensure accurate administrative processing. You work expertly and then send the quotation to the customer. You also work out tender requests and always look for the most suitable transport options for our customers. By always thinking innovatively, you ensure the best logistics solutions with the most competitive rates.
In this position, you will work closely with various departments within Van den Bosch and support our commercial managers together with your colleagues. You will report directly to the Sales Operations Manager and get plenty of room to grow.
