In the role of HR Officer, you will have a diverse and challenging job. You will provide support in all facets of the HR field. For instance, you are involved in the inflow, transfer and outflow of staff, you assist in the recruitment and selection process and you make an active contribution to various HR projects. Together with your team of HR professionals, you help with continuous improvements for the interests of the employee and the employer within the organisation.
As HR Officer, you will keep yourself busy with various tasks. You are responsible for the administrative processing of the inflow, transfer and outflow of our employees and ensure the correct implementation of mutations, both internally and externally. In addition, you optimise the operational HR processes and keep all HR systems up-to-date. You perform all HR-related administrative tasks and provide support in administrative activities. From Recruitment, the focus is on actively searching for and approaching potential suitable candidates. You work closely with the hiring managers and your HR colleagues, sparring together to achieve the best result. You monitor the progress of absenteeism files and help reduce absenteeism. Finally, you act as a point of contact for our employees; you are always willing and able to provide support.
