We are looking for an enthusiastic and analytical intern for an exciting graduation assignment! During your research, you will explore how we can better manage our customer performance and visibility, which is ultimately delivered by our network of partners. We would like you to investigate the incentives that exist and can be implemented to improve the performance and visibility of both our organization and our partners, to meet the standards our customers expect. Performance is measured both in the actual transportation process (deviations in transport) and the administrative feedback of the execution in the systems.
Your assignment will be to examine and analyze both aspects and determine what Bulkio can do to improve them. This includes researching technologies, evaluation systems (advantages or disadvantages based on scoring), the frequency and methods of communication, and more. You will carry out your research within the Bulkio team, but you will also incorporate feedback from our partners.
