As a trainer, you are the expert who passionately transfers knowledge and skills to our drivers. With your ability to teach others, you will ensure that our drivers are ready to transport our customers' products as well and safely as possible!
You will be responsible for providing training for drivers, both theoretical and practical. This includes safety, food safety, loading and unloading, sealing, cleaning and much more. In addition, you will even teach office staff in the introduction, so that they also understand what the job of a driver at Van den Bosch entails.
You may also go out on the road independently to meet drivers ‘on the job’. Here you give tips and check whether everything is still at the desired level in terms of skills but also in terms of equipment such as the truck.
