In this role, you coordinate communication between planners and customers and monitor the progress of complex operational processes. You are responsible for the accurate administration of orders and invoicing within a dynamic transport environment. As the primary point of contact for after-sales inquiries, you independently manage your client portfolio and handle requests efficiently. Your organizational skills and deep understanding of the transport sector enable you to proactively identify potential issues, provide solutions, and support customers swiftly and professionally.
